They try to keep your deposit by finding any little thing wrong. I walked into a room with a remote with no back to it and I went to the front office to get another remote because it wasn’t working. I was accused and didn’t a portion of my deposit

No toilet paper. Had to go get from office. TV remote did not wotk.

I couldn’t even stay in the room. The first room we went into was used. There was trash everywhere and the bed was undone. The second room the bed was all wet and it looked like a crack needle or someone’s medicine needle on the bed.

This was the WORST experience with hotel ive ever had. Broken into on the first night, drugs everywhere, staff steals the deposit and lies to you, they let the the people who break into the room steal your possessions. Not a safe place.

i had a compartment cut out of the wall behind the mirror in my room. someone knocked on my door twice. i didn?t feel safe here but i was only here to sleep a couple of hours between shifts, so it ultimately worked.

It was dirty, old, and had sketchy people around.

The hotel was to disgusting to stay in, checked out within 2 minutes of checking in.

The fire alarms were ripped off the wall. A Gatorade bottle left on the dresser with what appeared to be urine in it. The sheets had cigarettes burns in them and the room was non smoking. The nightstand was full of dog hair and dirt.

This place has falsely advertised itself on your platform. It is dirty the pictures are not true to the real look and feel of this hotel didn?t stay and would like a full refund.

Run down beds, broken furniture, roaches, bathroom was dirty, smelled bad.

The fact that they don?t list they?re 100 dollar deposit when you book online it?s hidden, and since you book online you can?t get a refund

Very dirty and run down. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Demanded $100 cash deposit. People in line begging to get their deposit returned. Panhandlers everywhere. Did not feel safe. Could not park my car here safely. Could not expect my wife to stay.

Not a damn thing.

Everything. The hotel attendant tried to tip me off by trying to charge some kind of deposit. He went from $100 to $50 being the lowest he could charge.
